We keep it simple: we use your information to serve you, and we do not sell it.

• Name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you place an order
• Reservation details (name, phone, email, party size) when you book a table, and catering or event details when you send an inquiry
• Your email address if you join our mailing list
• Anything you choose to write to us, such as feedback, allergy notes or special requests

Payment information. Payments are processed by our ordering and payment provider, Toast. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar tools.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare, deliver and confirm your orders
• To contact you about your order, catering request or reservation
• To respond to questions, feedback and complaints
• To send news, specials and offers if you signed up (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To understand how our site is used and make it better

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the restaurant, and only as needed to do their job:

• Online ordering and payments: Toast
• Reservations: Resy
• Delivery: Toast Delivery Services and any delivery partner handling your order
• Email and website services: Toast, DreamHost, and UserWay (our website accessibility tool)
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics
• Professional advisors and authorities: our accountant, attorney, or government agencies when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

If you order through a third-party app such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub or ezCater, that company collects your information under its own privacy policy, not this one.

4. Cookies and tracking

Cookies help our site work and help us understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, like online ordering, may not work without them.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our site does not currently respond to these signals.

Other companies’ tracking. Third parties such as Google may collect information about your visits over time and across websites when you use our site.

5. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you, run the business, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
